We are seeking a candidate with a strong accounting/finance background to lead our US Creative Service Line FP&A team. The core responsibilities of the FP&A Lead are to manage the P&L budget and monthly forecast for the US Creative Service Line (CSL). In addition, this position will provide key support to the US CSL CFO with guidance, analysis, and insights.


  • Measures, analyzes, and reports on business performance, with heavy interaction and collaboration with Service Line CEO & CFO as well as Regional FP&A
  • Pushes out forecasting pack templates to Brand Client Finance to facilitate completion of client related forecasts in partnership with Brand Client Partners (revenue, direct staff costs, direct non-staff costs)
  • Owns the population of commentary required in the standard report packs for the overall Service Line received from Regional FP&A (monthly close, monthly flash forecast, quarterly reforecasts, annual budget)
  • Prepares overall Service Line G&A forecast, budget, flash
  • Manage the P&L and partial balance sheet forecasts of the US Creative Service Line
  • Forecasting Management -> Revenue / Direct Costs, liaises
  • Active participant on various finance transformation committees, led by or partnering with Group FP&A, RCOE, Ops, Salesforce teams, and with commercial Finance colleagues
  • Facilitates proactive action plans, driving decision making and timely behavior across the Service Line portfolio real-time (as opposed to simply rolling up numbers)


Qualifications


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


  • 8-10 years of experience (preferred within Advertising Industry).


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:


  • Advanced Excel skills, including but not limited to vlookups/hlookups, sumif function and pivot tables.
  • Knowledge of D365
  • Knowledge of SAP (SAC & BPC)
  • Advanced PowerBI skills


PHYSICAL DEMANDS and SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES:


While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; bend and perform several manual tasks. The employee will be required to communicate verbally and by phone. Visual acuity is required including color, depth perception, and field of vision. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $136,000-$219,650. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
