Product Development & Production Assistant, Accessories

We’re looking for a motivated Product Development & Production Assistant, Accessories to join our dynamic Accessories team.

Responsibilities:

• Coupa maintenance – NDA’s, new vendors, PO’s / invoice processing
• Budget chart (entry and receiving of invoices)
• Monitor & coordinate for press sample orders
• Manage requests & logistics
• Maintain organized physical closet, showroom & working space
• Uploading styles into Centric / Arete / NuOrder
• Point of contact for inter-company requests of samples
• Uploading colorways & materials in Centric
• Organize shipment docs / schedule pick-ups
• Compile and manage requests in Excel & issue purchase orders to factories
• Responsible for ACC Dept. set of samples / closet
• Maintain updated log-in / log-out for all samples
• Correspond with regions to collect PS requests
• Generate & maintain updated Arete & NuOrder line sheets
• Responsible for wear test feedback forms / compiles and distributes feedback to ACC team
• Sustainability deck (Keynote / PPT & Excel presentation)
• Partners with team to confirm list & distributes shoes accordingly
• Press Samples
• Manages and submits expense reports
• Order & coordinate with factories on bulk packaging (stickers / hangtags / care cards)
• Set-up framework for industrialization & production charts
• New vendor set-up
• Responsible to manage process of PS ensuring delivery to regions, PR, and photo studio Wear Testing
• In partnership with the team, reach out, compile and respond to customer reviews
• Manage approved & signed pp smpls for inspection and office reference
• Generate purchase orders for SMS and press samples orders
• Assists in team travel coordination/planning/booking
• Monitor website: check style / descriptions and communicate call outs to ecomm/copywriting teams

Skills & Qualifications:

• Accountable and driven for growth

• 1+ years experience in Product Development and/or Production (specific to Accessories preferred)
• Proficient at Excel
• Works well with team and good collaborator
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Efficient worker
• Proficient at Keynote / PPT

Salary range: $26.00/hr -28.00/hr*
