• Successful examples of driving a finance function to be highly automated and leading enterprise data programs.
• Proven track record of 10+ years in a senior finance leadership role within a professional services firm and experience operating in a private equity backed environment.
• Perform all roles with the highest level of integrity, generating trust among clients and Riveron stakeholders through professional conduct and ethical behavior.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling effective communication of financial concepts to diverse audiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision making around segment/practice operations, utilization, leverage, pricing, and general P&L line items.
• Actively participate in M&A evaluation and planning, providing valuable financial expertise to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Lead the development and execution of the business intelligence platform roadmap, demonstrating expertise in financial and operational data sources, and proactively identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
• Take ownership and drive the reporting strategy, KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, and internal customer engagement to ensure financial transparency and performance optimization.
