Experience with implementing and integrating vendor systems and influencing requirements to make sure that as processes are implemented in target state rather than simply replicated. Strong influencing skills required to drive consensus across diverse set of stakeholders and governing committees. Workforce design skills to optimize skill set, resource mix, and resource footprint globally. Transparent, operates with integrity.
