We provide market leading rewards solutions encompassing card-linked offers (CLO), open banking, account-linked, affiliate and gift cards.
Responsibilities
Lead the sale of Finfare Connect's products and services, emphasizing our merchant-funded solutions to large membership-based companies in sectors like Banking, Fintech, Fitness Apps, national gyms, auto, insurance, and telecom.
Develop and manage a solid pipeline of potential deals. Collaborate with UK pre-sales, merchant, marketing, and operational teams to optimize pitches and implementation plans. Implement and refine the US Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy based on field insights, in coordination with our London team. Increase market understanding of Finfare Connects’ offerings. Assess and understand competitors. Collaborate with experts to align Finfare's products and services with client needs. Maintain timely and detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
2-5 years of solution selling experience with a strong network of contacts; ideally in Merchant-funded Rewards or Loyalty solutions. B2B2C solution selling background. Demonstrated sales success, leadership, and commercial insight. Excellent consultative selling, negotiation skills, and ability to connect at C-Level. Experience in contract negotiation ensuring both client and Finfare's interests. Ability to generate and nurture leads across all levels. Knowledge of the loyalty, rewards, and benefits landscape. Willingness to travel (around 25%) and collaborate with US/UK teams.
