Our Team
Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Guest Recognition Specialist to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
Your Job
Are you excited about delivering the best arrival & departure experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Guest Recognition Specialist is responsible for coordinating and preparing the hotel for guest arrivals. You will assist with selling the hotel, provide information to prospective guests and VIP guests, and change, update and review guest reservations. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Guest Recognition Specialist to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
About You

• Quick problem solver
• One to two years previous experience in reservations or a related field
• Work authorization in the United States
• Strong communication (reading, writing, and oral) skills
