Duties:

- Enhance all guest experience by being the dynamic difference of an enhanced experience at the museum.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Experience in engaging in conversation with guests.

- Ability to stand/walk during mixed shifts of 4 - 8 hrs.

- Knowledge of cell phone cameras.

- Ability to smile and laugh.

A day in the life of an Illusion Expert at the Museum of Illusions Austin is a day full of adventure. You will ensure all who enter are greeted in a warm authentic way. We are a self-guided, self-paced museum that will require you to deliver some great insight on how our guests will be able to maximize their experience with us. You will be an expert in all our illusions. This will allow you to shine and share all the best ways to experience our illusions. Which includes all the best photo angels! You will ensure the experience is memorable because of you and all you deliver to the guest experience.
