Job Description

Position Summary

TokenEx is seeking an experienced, data-driven, and analytical GTM Operations Manager who will be instrumental in enabling our go-to-market teams to scale and grow top-line revenue efficiently. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Operations, and GTM teams to define and deliver information and data insights across the customer journey, promoting cross-functional alignment and implementation of scalable processes to increase efficiencies from lead generation to customer retention. The ideal candidate will require a strong understanding of SaaS, experience in Go-To-Market Operations, and a mindset that highly focuses on data accuracy, analysis, and process improvement.


Position Responsibilities

  • Salesforce subject matter expert responsible for system administration and tracking/analysis of data to understand patterns related to sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Responsible for oversight and day-to-day administration of GTM systems reporting, analyses, implementations, integrations, and configurations.
  • Ensure prospect and customer data is accurate, complete, and consistent across our systems and identify process gaps, data quality issues, sales proficiency, adoption issues, etc...
  • Support GTM planning with strategic insights, ideas, and input based on analysis of sales and marketing data.
  • Own systems documentation/communication for platform changes related to functionality and processes.
  • Responsible for importing/exporting RFPs/RFIs, setting deadlines, and maintaining of knowledge library.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and data visualizations to deliver an enhanced measurement system for revenue teams and improve data workflows for accurate metrics.
  • Responsible for supporting the underlying systems to drive performance and track sales team quotas/metrics/goals.
  • Provide training for all GTM operations systems to new team hires and create "How To's" for systems/platforms.
  • Maintain integrity, compliance, and hygiene of systems pertaining to GTM functions.
  • Responsible for managing special projects for the GTM teams and SFDC-related projects; overseeing project execution, coordination, communication, and tracking project initiatives to ensure deadlines are met and team members are held accountable.
  • Build reporting to monitor, track, and optimize operational performance across the customer lifecycle to improve the operational processes for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years’ experience in Go-to-Market Operations, Rev Ops, or similar functions (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Salesforce knowledge: complex dashboards and reports, custom report types, calculated fields, page layouts, and permissions, with a solid understanding of system capabilities (Chorus, SalesLoft, IronClad, and Pardot a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and provide detailed reporting on insights from sales and marketing data.
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills who is able to self-direct and work independently; highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Business Analysis experience: gathering requirements, defining current and desired state, managing change, analyzing data and potential solutions, identifying gaps, and communicating with stakeholders.
