What You'll Do As a Graphic/Packaging Designer:

• Design and develop new and innovative packaging, catalogs, logos, trade show signage, and POP displays.

• Create eye-catching graphics for advertising and promotional material.

• Works directly with the Marketing Manager, and coordinates with outside agencies and services as needed.

• Create and maintain content for social media platforms.

• Create web banners

• Update graphics on the company website as needed.

• Proactive team player and problem solver with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Able to maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency with a high-volume workload.

• Develop multiple concepts in partnership with product development and other team members.

• Defend the strength of ideas while remaining open to alternatives and future directions that may be deemed more effective.

• Promote design and visual ideas that are fresh, original, and feature unexpected elements.

• Keeps current on the latest techniques of design, graphics, layout, typography, and photography; seek new and innovative techniques.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in graphic design or other related field (toy, craft, home decor, novelties, or fashion industry preferred but not must)

• Well-versed with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• The portfolio should demonstrate cutting-edge print work that stands out from the clutter, fresh thinking, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Deadline and detail-oriented
