Summary
Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer in the Communications & Public Affairs department.
Reporting to the lead Graphic Designer, the Junior Graphic Designer will support internal and external corporate communications and join a talented creative team with capabilities in video production, photography, event support and digital communications.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with the ability to create clean, modern designs supporting an array of internal and external corporate communications programs. The candidate must have a strong understanding of design for various mediums, as well as composition, typography, iconography, color, and photography. Our expectation is that the candidate consistently delivers high-quality work and demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
Constantly learning with their finger on the pulse of current design trends, the ideal candidate will be a collaborative designer who is eager to be part of a team, passionate about design, and a good communicator.
Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure multiple projects are completed on time and with high quality results.
• Help problem-solve, offering creative solutions to communications problems.
• Supports the Lead Designer on designs for corporate communications and departments like Human Relations (HR) and Investor Relations (IR) and on initiatives like culture communications and Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) programs.
• Creates visually compelling graphics for PowerPoints, TV monitors, and printed materials such as posters and t-shirts
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with Campbell’s values.

Qualifications

• Receptive to feedback and skilled at interpreting guidance to envision multiple concepts.
• Proficient in the Adobe software suite.
• Familiar with photography and product packaging design.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field or Associate's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
• Good time management skills; meets deadlines with ease and without sacrificing quality.

Compensation And Benefits
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$47,600-$79,800
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
