About the Role:

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll be assisting the Brand Team with graphic design, art direction, and illustration for organic social posts on both Hims & Hers. This 100% remote role will work closely with the Director of Content on creating assets that communicate the Hims & Hers visual identity, brand voice, and product benefits to audiences online. You are a creative that is socially native, and can flex between big picture and small details. You will help to visually drive how our brands show up on social, being the connective tissue and translating our brand guidelines, whilst pushing and evolving our visual presence to stay culturally relevant and tap emerging social trends. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes social content and is very hands on, willing to jump in to help edit content to bring an idea to life.

You Will:

• Stay up to date with all current social and design trends across various platforms.
• Develop concepts that emphasize visual storytelling (e.g. product education, a customer’s journey with Hims & Hers, etc)
• Art direction and design for organic social posts
• Concept and execute on social templates to allow for a faster workflow, including creation of typographic and branding systems for new social franchises.
• Cut down and edit existing video content to repackage for social platforms.
• Manage social asset creation for all new product launches at Hims & Hers
• Collaborate with other designers on the team to ensure cohesive use of branding and photography on new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Explore how our brands show up on social (native fonts, tiktok trends, etc) while also considering how it ladders up to overall brand identity

You Have:

• A willingness to experiment and push the boundaries from a creative standpoint
• Advanced understanding and experience in Mac OS, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Monday.com for project management
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• An interest in staying on the pulse of our competitor space and what other DTC brands are doing on social
• Experience working with and expanding brand systems
• Deep channel expertise. You know what works on Instagram, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, etc.
• Experience in video editing and resizing videos for social
• 3 plus years Graphic Design experience working in a professional creative environment
• A strong aesthetic eye for color, type, and composition

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.

H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.

The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.

$75,000-$115,000 USD
