About The Job


Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are seeking a Freelance Junior Graphic Designer for a full-service digital marketing agency.


Responsibilities


  • Creative Execution:
  • Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, excellence, and accountability
  • Edit video content as needed
  • Assist current art directors with graphic design for social media posts
  • Develop original concepts designed to meet clients’ strategic objectives & brand standards
  • Manage quick turnaround times & robust volume of content via efficient processes
  • Design per creative brief
  • Be responsible for all phases of creative work from concept through production
  • Manage all owned creative deliverables and be sure that you meet all deadlines
  • Understand performance-driven creative
  • Stay up-to-date on existing social channels and digital marketing to discover and pitch opportunities for new content concepts for existing clients
  • Contribute to concepts/brainstorms for your clients that capitalize on social media platform updates and pop culture trends
  • Develop and create work of the highest caliber to achieve Client objectives


Requirements


  • Strong desire to deliver the best results possible for clients
  • Some understanding of production and performance-driven creative
  • MUST have a can-do and positive attitude
  • Have excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Adaptive and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Proactive problem solver
  • The ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • 1 year social media/digital creative experience
  • Photography/Videography experience
  • Experience working with presentation software such as Google Slides, Keynote, and PowerPoint
  • Video editing skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends in design for FB/IG/Twitter/LinkedIn/Pinterest, etc
  • Detail-oriented + have a strong ability to prioritize work and resources
  • Experience using social media creatively
  • MUST be a strong, self-starter adept at independent problem-solving
