3 years + of professional experience in sales.

Sales controlling and reporting in your area.

Analyze the structures and needs of partners and end customers in order to develop the right solutions for them.

Strong knowledge of security tools and capabilities

Drive communications with managed security services providers to ensure the protection of corporate data and systems

This position will manage Avanos full-time employees (security architects and analysts), outside contractors/consultants and third-party service providers

10+ years of experience in network security, cyber security, and/or security operations

5+ years of working with managed security service providers

Strong leadership skills and previous management experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Perform other duties as assigned by the Critical Facilities Government Operations Security Site Manager

Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in customer service oriented position

Ensure site personnel are following all client and corporate guidelines for physical security.

Ensure there is adequate staffing present for each shift based on client guidelines

Technical security and/or alarm management experience

CR and first aid certification required

Fire Watch Certification - Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Fire Guard for Impairment (F-01) required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Critical infrastructure security operations experience

Mobile communication and utilizing incident reporting application experience

Strong leadership skills and previous management experience

Liaise with Site Line of Business (LOB) management to ensure all security issues are addressed.

Review client requirements document and ensure all procedures and post orders fall within current year guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Critical Facilities Government Operations Security Site Manager

Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in customer service oriented position

Document and address any site incidents that may impact site operations.
