Financial Controller – REMOTE (Santa Barbara area)

Our client in the Santa Barbara area is searching for a highly skilled Controller to help bring their accounting team to the next level, after experiencing significant growth!

**This is a remote position**

As a key part of the finance department, you will be helping define new standards and operating procedures to build out new processes to help fuel & sustain growth.

This role will have the ability to champion new ideas, interact closely with the CEO, and you will be part of mission driven firm that is helping people across the globe.

Accounting Degree

Consulting experience

Startup experience

Experience building financial projections and reports for executive team & investors

This is a full time permanent position with great benefits, not an hourly contract role.

Target salary range is: $140,000 to $160,000 plus bonus
