Job Description

We are a small pharmaceutical company looking for an energetic professional with strong organizational skills, experience with QuickBooks Online, has a great attitude and interest in assisting with business development. This person will wear a lot of hats in assisting with day-to-day business goals.


Responsibilities

Maintain Accounts Receivables, Payables and Payroll using QuickBooks Online, Maintain Patient Accounts in separate software system, Claim Adjudication and Resolution, Customer Service, Business Development


Qualifications

Minimum of an AA Degree preferred OR special training and certifications in accounting. Trustworthy with great references.
