Job Description
CleanWash Laundry Systems is looking for a dependable, self-directed invidivual to join our team in a Front Office Administrative Assistant role. In this position, the Admin will be a key support person for our internal departments, front office as well as customer facing interactions. Ongoing training will also allow for expansion of duties to include receiving orders and inventory as well as some Accounts Receivable work.


Our office is a NON-Smoking environment.


We do NOT offer or fund any major medical insurance. We do offer company paid Life insurance and many supplemental health, dental, vision policies.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Greeting and assisting with walk-in customers and deliveries
  • Pulling order requests, packaging and shipping, if needed
  • Answering incoming customer and manufacturer calls, resolving concerns as needed and directing calls to the appropriate parties with the intent of first call resolution
  • General receiving to include physically receiving parts and supplies, updating orders and invoicing for orders
  • Miscellaneous office duties and errands and support special projects as needed
  • Payment processing
  • Receiving incoming mail and routing to correct department or resolving any inquiries


Required Skills


  • Dependability and punctuality are a must
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills; superior attention to detail
  • Basic computer proficiency, knowledge of internet searches and Google
  • Must be able to bend, walk, and climb stairs and to reach, lift, pull or push weight up to 45 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be comfortable in an industrial /warehouse setting
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online and/or basic Accounts Receivable procedures, willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks throughout the day; problem solving
  • Must have reliable transportation


This position has much room for growth in learning and salary but only for the right individual.

Starting hourly wage is commensurate with experience but the opportunity to increase salary is available for someone interested in gaining more industry specific knowledge and duties.


Salary: Starting pay is equal to experience and ability, $13.00 to $16.00 an hour with track for increases
