A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK / CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER As a Front Desk / Customer Service Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that our clients have a superior experience! You are part of a team of seasoned managers, all of whom you work closely with to achieve our high standards and meet performance goals. You will be hiring, training, scheduling employees, managing and controlling labor usage. You will use your strong management and critical thinking skills to handle any issues that may arise and de-escalating upset customers while staying calm under pressure. Additionally, you will be overseeing all interactions with pet owners, you check clients in or out, respond to email correspondences, answer questions in person or on the phone, and coordinate client requests with the pet care staff. You also take care of quality control checks every day to ensure flawless dog and cat care. You love seeing our adorable pet clients and helping their owners!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK / CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER 5+ years of experience managing employees in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment is highly desirable Good computer skills Strong customer relation skills Knowledge about dogs and cats, including behavior and health Experience in the pet care industry is preferred, but not required. Do you have exceptional time management capabilities? Can you lead and inspire your employees to achieve daily success? Are you detail-oriented and reliable? Do you have the ability to work well with a team? If yes, you might just be perfect for this animal care position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A FRONT DESK / CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER The animal care position is full-time with the availability to work as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 8:00 PM. Major holidays and at least one weekend day are required.
