Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Execute sales and marketing strategies
• Plan and run presentations with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness to customers.
• Product knowledge to offer outstanding customer experience
• Identify sales trends and potential opportunities for customer growth within the territory
• Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
• Maintain existing relationships with customers and clients
• Support all customer service and other team members
• Cultivate new opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visits

Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

• 0-2 Years experience in a customer service, customer support, or related field
• Travel is required
• Self-motivated, determined, and confident
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
