Freelance Brand Manager Jobs

We are looking for a freelance Brand Manager to join a top fashion accessories brand. This Associate level position is a 4-month contract that operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days per week in their New York City location.

• Salary: $70K - $80K (hourly equivalent, based off experience)

Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis and reporting for the corporate and license teams.
• Brand Management to support Premium Fashion portfolio.
• Translating Corporate guidelines into local marketing plan.
• Distribution management and planning with local sales teams.
• Monitor Sales performance and identify areas of opportunities and risk, as well as working with the key regional stakeholders on assessments and action plans.
• Develop, implement and execute 360 strategic business plans and marketing initiatives for the brands in both wholesale and retail global channels, in collaboration with the License.
• Manage long and short-term strategy and business objectives for the brand.
• Partner with trade marketing to build marketing activations.
• Responsible for the alignment and coordination among all marketing functions and with the local Brand Teams on the execution of the Brands plans.

Qualifications:

• Strong problem solving, analytical skills and understanding of analysis methods.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent oral and written communication / presentation skills and attention to detail.
• 4+ years marketing or brand management experience.
• Ability to convert analysis into insights, sustainable strategies, and actionable plans.
