Job Description

Tommy John is a comfort-focused lifestyle brand committed to solving the problem people have with their clothing. We are constantly on a mission to add smart, innovative and fun-loving team members, and are looking for an Influencer Manager to come join our New York based headquarters.


The Influencer Manager will lead a performance influencer program and agency and drive a profitable program optimized for efficiency and new custom acquisition. Skilled at budget management, data analysis, campaign calendar management, brief creation, and contract negotiation this individual will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop and optimize programming that support Tommy John’s e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels. This role reports directly to the Director of Brand Communications.


Responsibilities:

  • Support brand’s celebrity/influencer gifting initiatives
  • Execute premium UGC and influencer briefing process in alignment with content needs
  • Manage Influencer agency on scaling and expanding our multi-channel, profitable influencer program
  • Develop product feature strategy through lookbook generation in alignment with company objectives
  • Launch the brand’s first ever brand ambassador program designed to build brand awareness and affinity while also driving traffic to local stores and wholesale partners
  • Collaborate closely with cross functional partners on key objectives, product strategy, and storytelling
  • Facilitate day to day influencer campaign management and data analysis


Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills - able to hit deadlines and coordinate successfully across teams to deliver on larger projects
  • A natural ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly fluid environment
  • Ability to be on-site in our HQ Office in Lower Manhattan 3 days per week
  • Passion for staying up to date on social trends and growth opportunities
  • Committed cross-functional partner and a great team player who can work successfully with Data, Merch, Product, Creative, Site-Experience, and Tech teams
  • Experience managing agencies, owning briefing process, and building out a strategic roadmap
  • Demonstrated experience with in-depth analytics and problem solving with the ability to think strategically and be execution-oriented to drive a fully integrated marketing stack
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in an influencer management role, omni-channel retail experience is a plus
