Company Description
- Work closely with Operations team to fulfill all department requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Cafe, event planning, and kitchen staff, to understand client requirements, event details, and specific dietary needs.
- Conduct pre-event meetings with the catering team to ensure a thorough understanding of event timelines, logistics, and any special requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of catering supplies, equipment, and food products, and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure availability and proper storage.
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation.
- Coordinate catering operations, including setup and breakdown and timely delivery, ensuring exceptional service, and client satisfaction while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, providing resolution and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new catering techniques, and emerging culinary preferences to continuously improve services and stay ahead of the competition.

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and systems relevant to food and catering operations, such as inventory management, scheduling, and event planning tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with all stake holders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food operations industry.Food Handler Manager Certificate required before on-boarding.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suites – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- 5 years of experience in catering operations
- A Bachelors degree in hospitality management, business, culinary arts, or a related field is required..
