Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive

We are currently seeking a full time Cook for our Delicious hot food items. We want your skilss & personality to help make the best and most interesting food in the world!
Major Responsibilities Include
  • Follow all sanitation guidelines
  • Assure that all food procedures are followed
  • Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
  • Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
  • Review menus prior to preparation of food
  • Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply
  • Meal planning in conjunction with general manager
  • Prepare outstanding dishes for lunch and/or dinners
Requirements
  • Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
  • Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
  • Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
