Fabletics is seeking an energetic Production Assistant to join our TV Commercial/Digital Video team. This role will assist the Head of Production and Production Coordinator with the planning, facilitation, and day-to-day operations relating to all TV Commercials and Digital Video projects. This position would be suited for those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced Production environment - juggling multiple projects and tasks at once; assuring deadlines are met and process is buttoned up. We value employees who are highly accountable and who take initiative, to foresee issues and problems before they occur, and who proactively seek out solutions. We’re looking for a candidate who is excited to show up to work each day and has a desire to grow in Production.

This position will report to the Director of Production.

What You Will Do

• Prop and crafty shopping, as well as picking up meals as needed
• Keep up to date digital production wrap books on previous and current jobs, while prepping for future jobs
• Act as our go-to set PA for small and large-scale productions
• Prep, distribute, and collect timecards, as well as any other crew paperwork
• Act as the go-to source for any administrative needs the team may have. This includes but is not limited to: going on necessary runs, tidying the team’s office area or studio, scheduling meetings, pulling imagery for pitches and treatments, and helping crew with shoot setup and strike.
• Organize and maintain common areas including our in-house studio
• Creating and updating any production templates used for shoots

What You Can Bring

• Must have a vehicle accessible for runs
• Candidate must be comfortable with discussing challenging topics with employees of all levels, including executives, to solve problems
• Candidate must have knowledge of Microsoft Suite Word, Dropbox, Excel, and Outlook and have the ability to make custom spreadsheets with formulas.
• Candidate must work well as a member of a hard-working team to meet tight deadlines.
• Candidate must be able to project a calm disposition at all times, setting a positive example for the rest of the team
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Candidate must have 1-2 years’ experience in a Production Environment (TV Commercials, Photography, Digital Video Advertising).

The annual base salary range for this position is from $43,380-$62,260. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
