A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
As the leader for our food and beverage operations, you provide direction to these teams who serve elegant, upscale, and delicious meals to our PDC’s members and guests. You are always passionate about member engagement, you help the team uphold our exceptional standards, and you exceed our members’ expectations. Each shift, you model and demonstrate leadership with the goal of a superior dining experience.
You create a positive and supportive relationship with the Culinary, Catering and Banquet Service teams ensuring a collaborative working environment between front- and back-of-house operations. You love the camaraderie that comes with leading a cohesive team in a tightly run operation. A typical work schedule is five days a week with Monday and one other variable day off.
