The Flight Operations (Flight Ops) Organization al Health Consultant supports our Purpose by collecting and analyzing Employee feedback and data to develop and execute the Flight Ops Employee engagement strategy. This role partners with Flight Op s Leadership and the Human Resource Business Partner to apply organization design tools and techniques to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver custom solutions needed to optimize organizational effectiveness. The Flight Ops Organization al Health Consultant is a strategic thinker and strong communicator who looks forward to leading projects that improve the end-to-end Flight Ops Employee e xperience.

This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.

Responsibilities
Lead organizational design projects, including department redesigns and / or org effectiveness initiatives with heavy collaboration with HR Business Partner
Apply expertise in organization design to help leaders assess their current state and design their future state operating models, coaching them through a transformation journey
Develops and maintains sentiment monitoring and feedback strategy for Flight Ops
Analyzes survey results, shares trends, develops department action plans, communicates results/action plans, and monitors progress of action plans in partnership with Flight Ops HRBP
Coordinates and facilitates Employee focus groups and Employee Advisory Groups as needed
Advises Flight Ops Communication Team on sentiment trends to inform editorial calendar
Partners with Leaders to develop of customized Employee Engagement plan for their respective area based on feedback
Partners with Senior Leadership, HRBP, and SWAU to develop department development plan to establish and track Employee development goals
Supports HRBP on department efforts as needed
Leads projects/initiatives as assigned
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert-level knowledge of organizational health and Employee engagement best practices
Intermediate-level knowledge of organizational design
Intermediate-level knowledge of Employee feedback monitoring and survey best practices
Ability to identify opportunities to drive Employee engagement and generate action plans around those opportunities
Ability to analyze survey results and provide recommendations based on those results
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with enterprise partners to share best practices and gather information
Ability to think critically and strategically, and take downstream and end-user impacts into account when making decisions
Ability to gather information and synthesizing recommendation from various sources, determining a recommended course of action, and then communicating a plan around that
Ability to identify themes/opportunities based on hearing feedback from department Employees
Skilled in written communication and presentation development
Preferred organizational design experience Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
Employee engagement, organizational health, organizational design, Employee training & development, human resources, and/or related field
Project management, professional services/consulting, planning, and/or related capacity that requires leading cross-functional efforts or projects
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Pay & Benefits:
Competitive market salary from $88,550 - $98,400 per year * depending on qualifications and experience.
For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
