The Fleet Operations Analyst will assist with fleet support for over 500 vehicles within Krispy Kreme operations, used for the Delivered Fresh Daily business. The primary responsibilities will include reporting, problem-solving, auditing, and supporting the KK shops in running their business. The Fleet Operations Analyst will utilize telematics system, internal and external reporting, and other systems to improve Krispy Kreme fleet and will assist with developing and implementing programs related to enhancement of the DFD route deliveries.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Participate in other miscellaneous projects, as needed
• Analyze and create actionable reporting of telematics system and other future technologies to improve safe driving behaviors, route compliance, and delivery efficiencies.
• Enhance and enforce preventative maintenance protocols and maintenance reporting
• Provide support to the DFD organization with truck related benchmarks for repairs, fuel, total operating cost, and other cost items as appropriate by truck, shop, and division. Measurement may be per mile or as other measurement as appropriate
• Serve as a liaison for the Krispy Kreme shops with support center functions as needed
• Obtain and maintain truck licensing, registrations, titles, and annual inspections as needed
• Assist in organizing and developing Krispy Kreme fleet management operations including vehicle procurement, maintenance, repair, and disposal
• Analyze existing fuel program, oversee proper use of the program, and provide reporting to shops. Assist with future fuel program implementations.
• Develop and maintain processes for daily vehicle inspections

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with telematics and camera programs preferred
• Must possess current valid driver’s license and must meet Krispy Kreme approved driver’s policy
• Must be familiar with most recent federal and state DOT regulations and how they may affect Krispy Kreme route operations
• Must be willing to travel potentially 25% of the time to get programs up and running, including the possibility of international travel (passport required)
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Five years of fleet management and routing experience highly preferred
• College degree required with Supply Chain management and/or logistics/transportation experience
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Experience with vehicles at a 10K or less GVWR
• Excellent communication skills
