Focus:

• Apply your strong business acumen and deep understanding of fundamental business principles to drive operational efficiency, foster innovation, and enhance the company's competitive advantage.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and lead transparent reporting processes.

• Utilize your 5-7+ years of experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry to lead process-based manufacturing, cost management, quality assurance, and materials/logistics operations.
• Drive the development and execution of operational strategies, focusing on continuous improvement, scalability, and efficiency. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence across all aspects of the business.
• Build and cultivate high-performing teams by providing strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship. Drive a culture of servant leadership, emphasizing collaboration, professional growth, and inclusion.
• Plan and execute strategic initiatives to meet business goals, including forecasting, planning, and problem-solving. Align operational strategies with overall company objectives.
• Leverage 1-2+ years of supply chain logistics and shipping fulfillment experience to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless operations from end to end.
• Leverage your impeccable attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills to identify operational bottlenecks, implement process enhancements, and drive data-informed decision-making.

Skill Set:

• Strong general management skills, including team building, process-based manufacturing, cost management, quality control, and more.
• 4+ years of upper management experience, with 5-7+ years in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a Servant Leadership mentality.
• Proven experience in supply chain logistics and shipping fulfillment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in building and transforming operations, leading change initiatives, and enhancing team competencies.
• MBA or industry-related master's, project management certification, electronics training, familiarity with lean processes, experience with Manufacturing Execution System and Product Lifecycle Manufacturing systems is preferred.
