PRINCIPAL MISSION
Contribute to the success of the NOMAD (Regional Business Development) team by providing organizational and administrative support and by executing assigned work within given time frames and in ways that meet objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile end of day Finance documents and upload daily transactions supporting documents on share drive
- Support the NOMAD team with all administrative and organizational tasks.
- Answer calls/emails from NOMAD team, other departments and end clients
- Provide secretarial/administrative/back office support of the NOMAD team including sales and aftersales (management of invoices, deposits, payment links, team planning, etc.).
- Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, excel spreadsheet, etc.) to prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, etc..
- Trace, track and coordinate shipments with Logistics team with attention to daily shipping cut off time
- Use internal system such as M3 (internal ERP system), CRM Sugar (internal CRM system), Salesforce, etc…
- Create end of day shipping recap for the NOMAD team
- Process and ship spare parts orders
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Retail Operations and/or Administrative experience preferred
- Ability to learn about technical aspects of watches and being able to set watches
- Ability to multitask and prioritize according to business needs
- Customer service skills necessary to effectively and professionally respond to requests
