We are currently seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to be located out of Orlando, FL and report to the Regional Vice President. The primary responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to motivate, engage and inspire teams
• Manage shop safety standards and support environment compliance, training
• Manage and oversee outside repair and maintenance vendors
• Facilitate interviews, hiring, conduct work-withs as required
• Manage Transman shop compliance and technician productivity
• Direct leadership of all branch fleet teach and shop activities, supporting the Profit & Loss Statements
• Partner with field operations teams to review key fleet areas (accidents/rentals) and common business objectives Qualifications
• Act as the primary contact to support regional fleet escalations and gap closure activities to ensure fleet processes are in compliance with our internal standards
• Execute and support of national initiatives and processes

Key qualifications include:

• Bachelors Degree required
• Demonstrated experience with direct cost management in excess of $10 million
• 3-5 years of experience in multi-site site management
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, ability to influence others not under direct control
• Advanced Excel, SAP required
• Demonstrated experience in leading, training and coaching employees
• Ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts and relationships for sustainable outcomes
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Solid knowledge of fleet maintenance systems
• Experience applying safe work methods and understanding of 5S principles
