This individual will be managing the finance and operations team. This individual will assist and coordinate with annual audits and preparing filings. Furthermore, this position will need to be responsible for making sure the accounting is compliant with SEC. This individual will also have the flexibility of working on special projects within the teams scope.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher with knowledge of GAAP.
10-15 years of experience
Series 27 License
Experience within accounting as the position is heaving accounting, financial regulatory, accounting operations focused
Experience with Financial Operations
5 years or greater
