Job Description

Title: Finance Assistant

Location: New York

Part-time: at least 20 hours per week with 16 hours in New York office


:

·Office administrator

Collect and distribute all the letters arrived in office.

Handle all the office related expenditure, mainly rental fee.

Supervise the overall asset maintenance in US.

Support CFO, Finance Director and other team (mainly HR, Legal, BD) on ad-hoc tasks.

·Tax

Work with Finance and HR team in Shanghai, handle the tax related matters in US and Canada, including but not limited to support tax filing material preparation, tax return submission on line or through mails, solve the tax dispute, etc.

·Payment

Collect and review the reimbursement or vendor payment request for US entity.

Issue cheque and support cashier on the payments which have to be paid by cheque.
