Financial Analyst, Dallas, Tx - (70K-80K + 10% Bonus)

LHH is working with a fast-paced healthcare firm in the Dallas area that is adding a Financial Analyst to their team. We have worked with this company for more than 5 years, and we have seen them experience rapid growth. This role will provide critical analytical insights that support the decision making process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in corporate FP&A.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with executive leadership across departments to identify key business issues, develop solutions, and drive meaningful change through data-driven modeling
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and critical decision making
• Facilitate the quarterly forecast and annual budget process partnering with regional CFOs and Corporate leaders
• Exhibit excellent communication skills combined with a collaborative mindset to transform financial findings into actionable initiatives
• Support board level presentations on quarterly results and forward projections
• Produce monthly financial reporting and engage in process improvement implementation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of finance experience, healthcare experience preferred
