Job Description
Financial Analyst II
 Dallas, TX
Hybrid- 2 days on-site a week
Compensation- $75k-$85k + 5% bonus (DOE)
Growing and collaborative finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to join. Ideal candidates will have a background in financial dashboards, budgeting/forecasting and the desire to grow within the role.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends, market condition analysis within regions and business lines
  • Assist in financial analyses to measure monthly financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends
  • Present and explain findings to executive leadership
  • Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement
  • Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecast updates

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends
  • 1-3 years of financial analysis experience
  • Intermediate Excel required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
