Pay - Based on experience - starting point $70k.

This is hybrid/teleworking role. The team comes to the office 2 days a week.
Bachelor's Degree
Three to five years multi-line claim experience
Understand comprehensive workers compensation programs in the US.
Experience in primary casualty programs including renewals and workers compensation audits.
Strong Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills.
Mission
The Claims Coordinator is responsible for coordinating activities related to handling and processing of insurance claims and serve as liaison between the organization (operations, HSE, benefits, litigation) and the insurance carrier. The Claims Coordinator works closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including third party insurance carriers to manage and resolve claims, as well as identify and recommend loss prevention solutions to mitigate risks, protect Schlumberger people and equipment and reduce the overall costs of the program.
Responsibilities
Manage relationship with external insurance adjusters
Act as Risk Management's key contact for all primary casualty claims
Collaborate with insurance adjustors, operations, and the litigation team to resolve and close claims as efficiently and quickly as possible.
Provide managers and HSE guidance and support, as well as trainings and workshops, to ensure understanding of Schlumberger's primary casualty programs, case and claims management and risk mitigation.
Propose and drive process improvements in collaboration with HSE, Operations, Finance and Insurance Carriers.
Actively participate in the annual Casualty Renewal Program from data collection with the business as well as finalize allocations and billings of the premiums.
Utilize analytical skills to deliver forward-looking value-added analytics to support strategic decisions related to the injury and accident prevention
Reporting and filing for self-insured states
Lead the annual workers compensation post policy audit
Support Other Duties For The Risk Management Team Including

• Manage the bond program and letters of credit related to the casualty policies
• Ensure certificate of insurance are maintained and distributed for the casualty program
• Support contracts team as it relates to insurance T&Cs
• Support business inquires as it relates to the primary casualty program

Experience & Exposures
Three to five years multi-line claim experience
Understand comprehensive workers compensation programs in the US
Experience in primary casualty programs including renewals and workers compensation audits
Bachelor's degree
Strong Microsoft Office with advanced excel skills
Interest in currently working toward additional designations in the Risk Management sector including FCLA, CPCU.
