Senior Marketing Manager Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for acquisitions via the market and channel expansion of the company's business, including exploring cooperation opportunities with external parties and/or internal product/engineering teams

2. Responsible for driving sales growth by defining & finetuning the target clients segments and correspondent messages via product, content and partnership marketing

3. Collaborate with sales, product and other internal teams to acquire clients and ecosystem partners via both online and offline marketing events

4. Continuously seek new breakthrough in driving sales by optimizing internal workflows and external clients' communications & onboarding journey

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in e-commerce service providers and channels in the target industry value chains (including but not limited in site building, payments, logistics, financial, marketing related SaaS) is preferred

2. Have solid work experience in building and leading a marketing team with the growth hacking mindsets

3. Have online and offline activity organization experience - good at handling emergencies & cross-functional cooperation

4. Good at business cooperation, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent execution

5.English as a native language (Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred)
