COMPENSATION:Estimated total compensation range: $65,000-$80,000 (Base+Commission)

SUMMARY:

Founded and located in Lyons, CO, Spirit Hound Distillers mission is to be Colorado’s best

crafter of distilled spirits. We define what a ‘handcrafted distillery’ means. We do everything

ourselves at the distillery: brewing, fermenting, distilling, aging, and bottling. We even built our

own still by hand. We use 100% sourced barley from Colorado, too. Our signature straight malt

whiskey recently won “Whiskey of the Year” from the London Spirits Competition. We are

looking for a field sales manager who values hard-work, an entrepreneurial spirit and is excited

to build our spirits portfolio and their career.

The field sales manager will work directly & indirectly with the assigned Spirit Hound Distillers

territory, Southern Denver Metro wholesaler(s) and their sales staff to enthusiastically and

constructively promote the Spirit Hound brand and grow Spirit Hound sales to achieve planned

distribution and volume goals. They will establish and maintain a professional sales relationship

with key retailers and distributors within their assigned territory through account visits, work withs, consumer samplings, events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Degree

Bachelor’s Degree preferred and 2 years of CPG sales experience, preferably in Beverage Sales.

The base salary range for this position is $45,000-55,000 USD. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
