Field Events Manager Jobs

Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, Project Management, Market data and analytics tools (Google Suite, Slack, Canva, Hubspot, Monday)

Experience with Property Management industry

Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts

Coordinate and manage promotion of events while managing event budgets

Manage lead imports, follow-up and reporting on qualified pipeline tracked to revenue

Partner with and manage external vendors and third-party event sponsorship opportunities based on market reach and audience relevance

Excellent organizational, prioritization and project management skills to deliver on multiple events and projects, on time and within budget.

Strong oral and written communications with proven ability to develop and present ideas to senior management, sales teams and other stakeholders.

Industry awareness. Raise awareness and represent Upstart in the industry through memorable conference experiences, sponsorships, exhibitions, and participation.

Budget ownership. Develop and manage the budget to successfully execute high quality events, conferences and field marketing that optimize for ROI.

7+ years of B2B technology conference and events planning; experience at a fast-paced technology company preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Manage contracts, vendors, production schedules, deliverables, logistics and budgets associated with Field Marketing events and high-visibility tradeshows.

Foster strong alignment and collaboration with Field Marketing Managers and global campaigns to identify areas of opportunity and support needed

3 – 5 years of event experience, including at least one year directly supporting in-person tradeshow appearances.

Virtual event experience – including webinars and interactive experiences

In-person event experience – including tradeshows, VIP dinners, happy hours, community events

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
