Family Office Specialist Jobs

The Family Office Specialist works with the largest and most complex multi-generational families providing day-to-day service administration for one or more solutions developed to serve the PRM market. The Family Office Specialist is a dedicated resource to clients and will work with clients and their Advisors to support ongoing needs.

• The Family Office Specialist works with the largest and most complex multi-generational families providing day-to-day service administration for one or more solutions developed to serve the PRM market. The Family Office Specialist is a dedicated resource to clients and will work with clients and their Advisors to support ongoing needs.

• Partners with other business segments to provide holistic solutions and aid Advisors in quarterbacking the internal relationships.
• Actively participates in family office centered education or groups to remain on the vanguard of family office needs.
• Works with insurance company partners to deliver innovative and creative solutions.
• Meets with clients quarterly, or more often, as needed.
• Participates in creating and delivering new ideas, product offerings, and thought leadership to clients.

• License(s): Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment required; Maintains all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide service, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment preferred
• Certification(s): None required; None preferred

• Ability to maintain complex agency bill accounts to simplify the client experience.
• Working knowledge of appropriate software.
• Is organized and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about many lines of coverage, beyond High Net Worth (HNW) personal lines.
• Demonstrates the organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to learn any other appropriate program or software system used by the firm as necessary
