Contractor Outreach Specialist - Remote

The Contractor Engagement Team is seeking a fast-paced and critical role responsible for engaging current and prospective Gordian JOC contractors as a Contractor Outreach Specialist. We are seeking a detail oriented and personable individual who desires the opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative and successful team. The candidate will be self-motivated and personable and can effectively interact with various business units. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for making cold calls and sending emails to contractors to educate them on upcoming bid opportunities and drive decision makers to the respective call to action.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain expert level knowledge of Gordian’s JOC solution and benefits to contractors.
Engage contractors using phone, email and social media platforms.
Qualify contractors and update contractor database in CRM platform (Salesforce.com).
Outreach to warm leads to educate and qualify.
Educate contractors on JOC and upcoming opportunities.
Track contractor outreach engagement in CRM platform (Salesforce.com) and SalesLoft.
Track monthly KPIs and engage necessary FBS tools for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
2+ years of Business Development experience.
Bachelor’s degree desired, but relevant work experience will be considered.
Proven skills at building and maintaining effective client relationships.
Exceptional verbal, written and listening skills. Communicate clearly and concisely with contractors and all levels of management.
Maintain high activity level and call volume while managing all activities in our CRM platform (Salesforce.com).
Strong attention to detail; making and keeping commitments and meeting deadlines.
Construction knowledge is beneficial, but not required.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

National: The salary range for this position is $49,100- $91,100
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
