Job Opportunity - Family & Community Service Specialist – Hybrid (Cincinnati, OH) - 4C for Children

As a Family and Community Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with child care programs throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. You will directly impact children’s lives by finding the perfect care option to fit their unique needs. You will help working parents find and understand placement options for their children.

We are looking for talented people with:

• This role will require a current driver’s license, automobile insurance, access
• Deep knowledge of early childhood learning and development
• Experience working with diverse populations of families
• A Bachelor’s degree (or 3-5 years of work experience) in childhood development or related field
• A passion for helping improve the lives of young children

Our standard work week is 37.5 hours and we work from home on Mondays. We offer 16 days of PTO during your first year, and you will accumulate more each year you are here.
