What You’ll Do

The Clinical Curriculum Committee (CCC), composed of expert clinical educators, will offer interdisciplinary oversight over the development, design, and implementation of all components of the clinical practice product. As part of the CCC you will:

  • Assist with development of learning objectives
  • Establish and maintain content quality standards
  • Evaluate overall product framework and design
  • Assess pilot learning activities and assessment items
  • Review discipline-specific topic lists
  • Provide expert feedback on generated content, including discipline-specific learning activities (learning objectives, decision-making trees, scripts) and assessment items
  • Appraise go-to-market strategy
  • Delineate strategy for unit prioritization

Please note that we will begin interviewing for this role in June 2023.

What You Bring

  • Active and unencumbered medical license
  • Commitment to the organizational mission of transforming medical education to better serve educators and learners.
  • Strong understanding of the medical education ecosystem, with undergraduate and graduate medical education leadership experience.
  • Experience overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of curricular activities.
  • Current or recent experience as a Clerkship Director at a LCME- or COCA-accredited medical school within the U.S.
  • Terminal medical degree with direct patient care and clinical teaching experience within the U.S. at an attending level, specifically in Family Medicine.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership on the future of medical education.
