Our mission is to support and advocate for individuals with a wide range of social, psychological, and learning differences. Through our innovative Mentoring Connection program, we provide academic tutoring, mentoring, enrichment courses, and engaging webinars, all designed to foster personal growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 tutoring and develop personalized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
Support individuals with executive functioning skills, including cognitive learning, planning, organization, and self-regulation.
Deliver enriching courses in areas such as art, music, wellness, and more, to foster creativity and holistic development.
Lead engaging webinars on topics related to neurodiversity, offering valuable insights and practical advice.
Requirements
Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree.
Successful completion of a background check (required) and potential drug screen (depending on school district).
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and patience.
Experience in neurodiversity and/or working with students with learning differences, such as those on the autism spectrum or with ADHD.
Proficiency in 1:1 tutoring and the development of personalized lesson plans.
Strength and specialized knowledge in academic areas such as high school math (algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics), physics, chemistry, geography, US History, world history, social sciences, psychology, English grammar, literature, and foreign languages (French, Spanish, German).
Extensive experience with online teaching platforms, including Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and virtual team meetings.
