Executive Director - Business Manager - Compliance

A global investment bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board an “Executive Director - Business Manager - Compliance” to join their team. The role is currently in a hybrid schedule (1-2 days in office).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex cross-functional projects and initiatives

• Manage key Compliance teams, including Compliance Reporting (inclusive of senior management reporting and metrics development), Training, Issue Management, and Transformation teams

• Create and update dashboards for reviewing key performance indicators. Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

• Setting strategic priorities with the CCO to identify areas of focus and identify metrics for success

• Review, design, and execute on improvements to the Compliance organizational structure. Investigate and identify areas for improvements to the existing structure

• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of managerial and administrative tasks

• Build and develop relationships with all Compliance employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help to define new operational strategies

• Partner with HR to drive recruiting for full time, intern and contractor positions
