Executive Assistant Jobs

LHH is looking for a dynamic candidate to join a well-established organization here in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized, have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for executives
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Aid executive in preparing for meetings

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
• Proficient in IOS systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

Salary: $50-$70k/yr DOE

Hours: Mon-Friday, 8AM-5PM in office
