Job Description
Decision Minds specializes in providing strategy and solutions in data cloud, cloud, digital engineering with operations across US, India and Singapore. We are looking for an executive admin to work in our Austin Office (Cedar Park, TX) with additional responsibility to support the India based global HR team as a HR Business partner in US.


Required skills:


  • Good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Experience booking travel, hotel, restaurants for executives.
  • 6+ years of work experience
  • Experience working as Executive Admin or HR business partner nice to have.
  • High energy individual with positive attitude and flexible working hours to accommodate CEOs travel schedule.
  • Experience organizing corporate employee, leadership or social events.
  • Experience using Calendar, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, other collaboration tools.


Executive Admin Responsibilities:


  • Should be good Microsoft office - excel, word, power point, task management, teams.
  • Good Communication, presentation, and summarization skills
  • Manage CEO’s calendar for him to be productive.
  • Print and mail - legal, immigration documents and maintain confidential data / information.
  • Collate data and management reports for CEO as appropriate.
  • Office administration and stationery.
  • Travel Desk – Familiar with air travel ticketing, hotel booking, car rental.
  • Setup leadership meetings, Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Business Review meetings.
  • Assist with minutes, notes and follow up action items, track open items till they are completed.


US HR Business Partner Responsibilities:


  • Must be willing to learn the HR process from Global HR team out of India and represent them as US-HR Business partner.
  • Facilitate termination process / enable COBRA paperwork in conjunction with healthcare administrators.
  • Preparing and Releasing vendor POs and SOWs.
  • Timesheet monitoring and assisting finance with US employees and contractors time sheet data for payroll.
  • HR previous experience is nice to have and not a must but willingness to learn on the perform for long term is required.
  • Walk through payroll, health, employment, and 401K benefits for new hires as per employee handbook.
  • Preparing and Releasing offer letters.
  • Facilitate onboarding new hires and orientation for US employees and contractors in collaboration with People Function.
  • Answer employee questions related to the above
  • Procure Laptops from designated IT vendors/online.
