Job Description

Are you passionate about event planning and logistics? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment? We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to join our team!
As our Event Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting all aspects of industry tradeshows, exhibits, and other exciting event activities. You'll work closely with our Senior Manager of Events, Marketing Directors, and Marketing Operations team to ensure that our events align with strategic priorities, convey consistent messaging, and effectively meet identified KPIs.
Your core responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end management of a variety of assigned events, such as industry tradeshows and conferences. You'll partner with the core marketing team and stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Leadership, and Ops to develop and execute key strategic events. You'll develop and communicate project plans for each event, delivering against established milestones to achieve team and stakeholder goals, contributing to long-term strategic vision and process development.
In addition, you'll work with our marketing operations team to conduct pre/post-event evaluations and campaigns, track ROI, and produce consistent, clear reporting on event programs. You'll coordinate cross-functional collaboration to determine optimal promotional plans, PR, and sponsorships. External vendor relationship management as needed is also a part of your responsibilities.
To be considered for this role, you should have 4-5 years of experience driving event planning and logistics, including programming, exhibit booths, sponsorship activations, promotional materials, and lead capture. You should also have knowledge of event data to capture metrics, KPIs, and ROI, and proficiency in marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms.
You should have demonstrated aptitude for event budgeting, negotiation, and vendor relationship management. Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and navigating competing priorities and goals is also a must-have. A bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
