What You'll Be Doing
Epic Event Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for various occasions, ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings and fundraisers. Your creativity will shine as you design extraordinary experiences.
Team Player: Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand event requirements and ensure objectives are met beyond expectations.
Master of Negotiation: Source and negotiate with suppliers and venues while ensuring top-notch quality without breaking the bank.
Seamless Execution: Manage all aspects of event logistics, from setup to catering, accommodation, and audiovisual requirements. You'll be the architect of smooth event operations.
Attention to Detail: Leave no stone unturned! Your meticulous eye for detail will ensure flawless event execution.
Event Branding Extraordinaire: Work closely with marketing and design teams to create enticing promotional materials, aligning event branding with our company's identity.
Lead the Charge: Coordinate event staff and volunteers, providing clear guidance to ensure everyone's on the same page for a remarkable event experience.
Always Improving: After each event, conduct post-event evaluations to learn from our successes and identify areas where we can shine even brighter.
Stay Ahead: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, incorporating fresh ideas to elevate our events to new heights.
Wanderlust Welcomed: Travel is required, with an estimated 20-30 nights per year. Your adventures will contribute to the magic of our events!

Education and Experience: A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred. You've got at least 2 years of experience in event management under your belt.
