Your Responsibilities
Administer operational programs, including finance, communications, and member services, to keep our wheels turning smoothly.
Dive into organizing and executing exciting organization-wide events, both in-person and virtually, that leave a lasting impression.
Become a travel maestro, processing travel arrangements and reimbursements while ensuring everyone's on the right path.
Collaborate with a dynamic team, working on special projects and providing administrative assistance whenever needed.

Qualifications For Success
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, combined with at least 1 year of office administrative and event planning experience.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
Organizational wizardry, with the ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines.
Familiarity with computer applications and an aptitude for learning new systems.
