Responsibilities
Be a Business Superstar: Use your expertise to seek out and connect with new leads and potential clients who are in need of our amazing custom songs. This means reaching out to event planners, venue owners, and corporate decision-makers to showcase the power of our song production services.
Unleash Your Creativity: Dive deep into consultations with prospective clients to truly understand their song requirements and desired outcomes. Then, let your imagination run wild as you present and promote our extensive range of song production services, tailor-made to create magic at their events.
Craft Customized Proposals: Prepare detailed and personalized song proposals that showcase your creativity and understanding of client needs. Each proposal should provide a comprehensive cost estimate that excites and entices our potential clients.
Build Strong Relationships: Become the go-to person for our existing and potential clients by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals in a prompt and professional manner. Nurture those relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Hit Those Targets: Rise to the challenge and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets set by our management team. Keep accurate sales records and maintain a well-organized pipeline to track your progress. Your drive and determination will be the key to your success.
Requirements
Sales Superpowers: Demonstrate a proven track record in sales, ideally within the event planning, entertainment, or related industry. Experience in B2B sales or selling to event planners, venues, and corporate clients is highly desired.
Excellent Communication Skills: Showcase your strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to engage and influence potential clients effectively. Your active listening skills will enable you to truly understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Unleash Your Motivation: Embrace your role as a self-starter with a proactive approach to sales. Your persistence, resilience, and ability to work independently will set you apart. The satisfaction of achieving targets and driving results is what fuels your motivation.
Industry Savviness: Familiarity with the event production industry, including sound and lighting equipment, staging, talent booking, and event logistics, will give you an advantage. A passion for live music and entertainment is a definite plus!
Flexibility: Embrace the opportunity to attend events and networking opportunities to stay connected with industry trends and expand your network.
Networking Ninja: Having your own database of contacts to market to is highly valued. Coordinate and collaborate with Event Planners, Photographers, and other industry contacts to uncover potential leads.

Please note that this position offers an hourly rate plus commission-based compensation tied to successful bookings.
