We are an outsourced marketing company founded in Washington D.C. We amplify brands and user-interactions through captivating marketing. Over the past 10 years, our company has had the good fortune of working alongside some of the biggest companies in the world. We believe storytelling is what separates the professionals from the amateurs and we are looking for a marketing coordinator who shares the same mentality.
Our D.C team is looking for a specialist who would be tasked with working alongside
our non-profit clients. This role entails running fundraising events while simultaneously managing a team of 5-10 people.
Internal Training
Our A-grade internal training ensures that every team member is set up for success. Our training includes real-life problems, challenges and scenarios that employees experience on a daily basis. Having a great mentor is priceless and this is why our training is led by our industry’s top performing individuals who have had in-field experience. Every single team member that joins our company is paired up with a mentor who has previously achieved the highest levels of success in their specific role.
Responsibilities
● Complete 2-4 weeks of paid training provided by the firm
● Organize non-profit fundraising events on behalf of our clients
● Execute successful charitable fundraising events
● Progress into a leadership position within the company
● Train and oversee a team of 5-10 team members
● Manage client relations
● Public Speaking
● Social Media Content Creation
● Orchestrate corporate networking events
Qualifications:
● Marketing/Advertising/BA Degree preferred
● Excellent communication skills(written and verbal)
● Leadership Experience in a professional environment
● Professional experience working with NPOs
● Experience working in Marketing/Advertising/Sales
● Proficient with Microsoft Office
● Availability To Start As Soon As Possible
This position is not remote
This is an in person role, based out of our Hyattsville, MD location.
